Bushmills Original is a blend of triple-distilled malt whiskey and a light Irish grain whiskey that is aged for at least 5 years in used American bourbon and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. The inviting whiskey is rich with spicy vanilla and oak notes that beg to be mixed in almost any drink you can think of.

Intense, but balanced. Honeycomb, creamy vanilla moving through malt into resinous sandalwood and cedarwood spices with aloeswood incense. Initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels for fifteen years and then finished in Japanese Mizunara casks for the remaining two years.

Double Barrel is a dream. Distilled from malted barley and Irish corn it gets its beauty rest in American oak first-fill Bourbon barrels before being finished for six months in Oloroso Sherry casks. Expect deep, impactful notes of robust chocolate and caramel with just a touch of fruit and vanilla.

This most quintessentially Irish style of whiskey, pot still, is first matured in ex-bourbon casks, then in Irish Oak felled in the mountains around the distillery. While the bourbon cask softens and sweetens the whiskey, the higher levels of flavor in Irish oak complement and balance the classic pot still spices.

Tullamore D.E.W. 12 Year Old Special Reserve Irish whiskey is a triple distilled blend of all three types of Irish whiskey. However, it has a high proportion of pot still and malt whiskeys, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, for 12 to 15 years. A very fine aged whiskey with great complexity.

Fruity and biscuity. There are gristy notes with caramel and toffee sweetness and plenty of peels. Palate: Good body with notes of sherried peels and spice, granary toast with butter and honey, grains and vanilla cream. Finish: Quite vegetal and long with notes of caramel and toffee.

Its unique, versatile blend creates a smooth liquid with notes of vanilla, oak, citrus, ripe banana, and delicate spice, and a creamy mouthfeel with deep caramel tastes and undertones of dates and raisins.

A fine blend of grain (66%) and malt (34%) whiskey aged in first fill bourbon casks for three years, and polish matured for a further year in heavily charred bourbon casks. The result is a beautifully balanced whiskey with a vanilla and lingering sweetness.
